Cloning an Edison containing NodeJS application

Can anyone share their preferred method to clone the Edison? Once I have a perfectly working application I will need to install on several Edisons. Installing any NodeJS from scratch can be somewhat time consuming so I figured there must be an easier way, perhaps using a microSD card.

Any suggestions?

Hi eco_bach

Is the rosenrot's suggestion helpful for you?

If not, please let us know what kind of files do you want to clone. Do you want to save packages and configuration or only the script?

You also can use: http://winscp.net/eng/index.php WinSCP :: Free SFTP and FTP client for Windows to transfer files too.

Regards;

A more fancy way is to run commands on the Intel Edison by running a local file via ssh. Basically running commands from a local file on the remote machine. You could transfer needed files via wget or even scp, depending on what you need

ssh root@edison.local "$(< localfile)"
