Hi!
I am using the Intel Edison Compute module in a (soon to be) commercial product and need to certify the complete product with regulatory requirements.
It is great that the module is already certified but the complete product always needs to be certified as well.
I am using the interal antenna.
Now the certification lab requests me to enable continuous WIFI/BT Tx and Rx on Edison.
Do you have information on how this can be done or who to contact?
Thanks /Johan

Can you try to disable power management?
You can turn power management off with the following command:
$ iwconfig wlan0 power off
To disable power management at boot time so that it's always disabled, you'd need to create a service with the script found on section 9.3 from the Wi-Fi guide, which can be found here http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000005916.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000005916.html .
Let us know if you found this useful.

Do you still need assistance with this case, were you able to configure continuous WIFI/BT Tx and Rx on the Edison?
