i want to measure nrf51 (inside the curie chip) power consumption. By looking at the Curie block diagram and Arduino 101 schematics i notice there is no exclusive power line for the ble module nor an explicit testpoint or jumper to carry out any measurement.
1 is there a guide to measure power of the different Curie subsystems??

Hi ioseth1,
Thanks for your interest in the Intel® Curie™ Platform.
At the moment I'm not aware of any guide to measure power in Curie subsystems, I also checked the Arduino 101 schematic (https://www.arduino.cc/en/uploads/Main/Arduino101-REV4Schematic.pdf https://www.arduino.cc/en/uploads/Main/Arduino101-REV4Schematic.pdf ) and didn't see a way to measure the power consumption on the NRF51822.
Still, please let me investigate to see if there is any suggestion that we can give you.
We appreciate your patience.
Best Regards,

Hi ioseth1,
We have confirmed that there is no way to measure the power consumption of the NRF51822. Still, we would encourage to check the Curie datasheet https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/boardsandkits/curie/intel-curie-module-dat... https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/boardsandkits/curie/intel-curie-module-dat... in there you will find some power consumption information that might be useful to you.
Best Regards,
-Jose P.
