Does the Intel Compute Stick STK2m3W64CC have a dedicated Intel HD graphics card or the Iris™ graphics (or Iris™ Pro graphics) card??

This unit has an Intel® Core™ m3-6Y30 Processor, this is the one providing the graphics for the unit.
This processor has the Intel® HD Graphics 515.
The GPU is integrated inside the CPU (processor) of the unit.

So where can I buy these? I was considering this m3 version or the m5 version... but I can't find anyone selling them. In fact, I can't even find the new Atom based version. THANKS!
