Hello bhanukishan,
Thank you for interest in the Intel® Edison Breakout Board.
The files that you are referring to are backup/temporary files generated when editing/running code, most programs create them. You can delete them if you want, but they don't cause any issues, so unless they are taking a lot of memory space (which is not usually the case), you can leave them.
