Edison does not show up as a disk drive

Attempting to bring up board, to install latest image. Edison does not show up as a Windows disk. With both USB connections to PC, and entering control-c on console, I get the following:

How do I get Edison in a state to accept a new image?

Hi jskoog,

Could you please tell us which Edison platform are you working on? Is this the first time you use the device?

Did you already install the drivers for it to work? If not, you can download them from this site https://software.intel.com/en-us/iot/hardware/edison/downloads https://software.intel.com/en-us/iot/hardware/edison/downloads. There you'll have two options, the Integrated Installer and the Standalone Driver 1.2.1. Further instructions can be found here https://software.intel.com/en-us/installing-drivers-for-intel-edison-board-with-windows https://software.intel.com/en-us/installing-drivers-for-intel-edison-board-with-windows.

This is a general guide, https://software.intel.com/en-us/flashing-firmware-on-your-intel-edison-board-windows https://software.intel.com/en-us/flashing-firmware-on-your-intel-edison-board-windows. Make sure that you're following all the instructions prior to load the new image.

Hi jskoog,

Do you have updates on this?

Have you tried with the flashall script?

Regards,

Charlie
