Edison not Running

Jump to solution

I'm using my Edison with the mini breakout board. Currently no status led's turn on no matter how I power the Edison. Is there a method to check whether its my edison or the board that got fried?

Furthermore, does powering the board off the 9 volt and 3.7 volt pins at the same time fry the board?

Hello rt09876,

If the board doesn't show any LED activity when it is powered then the board and the module are probably damaged. How did you power the board exactly? If you have another expansion board you could try testing the module on it to know if the module is damaged.

Additionally, where did you connect the 9V battery and the 3.7V battery?

Regards,

Diego.
