Hi,
After flashing my Edison and plugging both USB cables in, while the Composite USB Device and the Virtual COM port show up, the USB Serial Port used to ssh into the device does not show up. I have tried connecting the Edison from both the mini breakout board and the Arduino breakout board and on both Ubuntu and Windows, all with the same results. I have tried this with 3 different Edisons and using both the Board Configuration Tool on Windows and the flashall.sh script on Ubuntu for flashing.
Additionally, after plugging and unplugging the device 6-7 times both the Ubuntu and Windows computers stop registering it. Neither the Edison's COM ports nor the Edison itself show up.
Any suggestions on what is happening and how to get the Edison to show up?

Hi Rishi,
This seems like a warranty case, and we would like to take a closer look at this one. Could you please go ahead and open an email ticket following this link, https://customercare.intel.com/?lang=en-US https://customercare.intel.com/?lang=en-US?

Hi Rishi,
Do you mean the Edison board or the link that I shared? I guess that you're talking about the Edison board. If that's the case, how did you notice it? Did you try to use it on a non-IT computer?

The Edison board does not seem to work on IT PC's, I tried it on a non-IT computer and the serial port was registered.
