Hi,

I am facing a problem in order to connect my Intel Edison board with eclipse C/C++ IDE.

https://software.intel.com/en-us/blinking-an-led-using-c-with-intel-system-studio-iot-edition IoT - Blinking an LED using C/C++ | Intel® Software

I have followed all the steps which is given for Blink Example. till Step 6 I am able to get but I am not getting the list of IP which is mentioned in Step 6.

So I have manually configured since my USB IP address is 192.168.2.15. so in as per link Step 9 and step 10 I am getting error Connection. they say target connect be connected.

these are several error which I faced with connection

these are the errors which we encountered can anyone give me reason why its happening??

Or any procedure so how to setup Edison connectivity with Edison..

Thanks

Hello rahul147258,

Could you please verify that your Edison is connected to the same network as your PC? Please send us a screenshot of the output to the command ifconfig on your Edison and a screenshot of output to the command ipconfig on the Windows command prompt?

We can verify that both the PC and the Edison are on the same network based on their IP addresses.

The screenshots you posted are not very clear, but from what I can see, your Edison's IP address is 10.20.122.50 and your PC is either not connected to a network or its IP address is not shown in the screenshot. Look at the images bellow, they are my configuration. You should have a similar output.

I'm not sure why your Edison's icon would appear as a shortcut, however, virus would indeed be an option. Have you connected your Edison to a PC that you suspect of being infected recently or do you think that your PC might be infected?
