Re: Error trying to use Openocd with OLIMEX_ARM_USB_OCD_H and Intel Galileo Gen2

Hi HoracioMerovich,

Thank you for contacting us.

Would you please provide more information on what steps you've taken previous to using the following command:

openocd -f /usr/share/openocd/scripts/interface/ftdi/olimex_arm_usb_ocd_h.cfg -f /usr/share/openocd/scripts/board/quark_x10xx,board.cfg

We'd like to have more information to better diagnose your issue.

We'd also like to suggest the following links, as they provide more information on OpenOCD being run properly.

Re: Error trying to use Openocd with OLIMEX_ARM_USB_OCD_H and Intel Galileo Gen2

Hi HoracioMerovich,

Thank you for your reply.

Did you have any difficulties following section 4 of the document you've attached? Have you followed all steps in section 4?

I've looked online at the error and found some threads with related information. They have some suggestions on several things you can try. Some of the most useful ones I found were:

https://communities.intel.com/thread/104532 https://communities.intel.com/thread/104532

https://sourceforge.net/p/openocd/mailman/message/35176487/

Please check the suggestions and let us know if this helps.

Regards,
