Hello vmik,

Thank you for your interest in the Intel® Edison Breakout Board.

In order to provide the adequate assistance, could you please tell me which guide you are following to build the image?

The official guide is the Intel® Edison Board Support Package ( https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/593589).

In case you need the pre-built Yocto complete image, please follow this link: https://software.intel.com/iot/hardware/edison/downloads.

If you are creating a custom image, or if you need further information to build your image, there are some recent threads that show relevant contributions from community members SpiderKenny, joe_nasti, FerryT, ThomasMaintz, and nilson:

As a side note, please keep in mind that custom images are out of the scope of this technical support team.

I'll be waiting for your response.

Have a nice day.

Hello vmik,

Haven't seen this error before. It could be that you are missing a build-dep. Or you are trying a build environment that invokes a bug. Could it be that you are trying to build using Bash for Windows (Ubuntu subsystem on windows10)?

I apologize for missing a long time.

Could it be that you are trying to build using Bash for Windows (Ubuntu subsystem on windows10)?

Yes. That is exactly that I'am trying to do.
