Hi guys I have issues I have not faced before. After working out how to reflash an Edison after the setup software stopped working, I was then not able to connect via WiFi, I solved this by ifconfig usb0 down, then I was unable to connect to the internet from the Edison, I solved this with /sbin/route add default gw 192.168.2.1. The problem is I have to do this every time I want to use the board, is there any way around this ? Never experienced this before with an Edison. TIA

Hello Adam,
Thank your for your patience.
First of all, please verify if you are using the latest image for the Edison board. You can download the latest image from the following link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27074/Intel-Edison-Yocto-Poky-image https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27074/Intel-Edison-Yocto-Poky-image
Also here is the guide on how to flash your board if needed: https://software.intel.com/en-us/flashing-your-firmware-edison https://software.intel.com/en-us/flashing-your-firmware-edison
If you are still encountering issues, then please provide us with the image you are using so we can investigate the issue further.
Regards,
Octavian
