Fail to upgrade windows 10, Fail to recover from recovery

I bought it yesterday and I complete to setup windows 8.1.

It recommend me to upgrade windows 10 and I accept it

When upgrade was almost done, it suddenly rolls back to old windows.

I faced windows boot manager with error 0xc000000f after re-boot,

So, I entered recovery system and I can choose 3 options to start, Windows Roll-Back, Windows 10 and Windows 8.1

But there are no response when I choose Windows 10 and Windows 8.1

Finally I tried factory reset with recovery system, however I stuck in 1% for few hours.

I really don't have any idea to solve this problem.

I just do turn-on, complete to setup windows 8.1 and try upgrading windows 10.

Please give me advice. Thanks.

Hello enddire:

Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.

I would like to recommend you to perform a BIOS update for this issue.

http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-035442.htm Intel® Compute Stick — BIOS Update Instructions

After performing that task, please try the recovery to Windows 8*

(page 12)

Then the following step would be to install all windows updates (in Windows 8*), install all the drivers.

Then, if you would like to, you can perform the Windows 10* upgrade.
