If you are asking/evaluating/posting about Arduino 101, well... Arduino 101 is not an Intel product, it includes an Intel module, and
"The Arduino 101 (USA only) and the Genuino 101 (outside USA) has been designed in collaboration with Intel®."
(https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoard101 Arduino - ArduinoBoard101), AFAIK. It also includes "a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ARC_%28processor%29 32-bit ARC architecture core" too (https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoard101 Arduino - ArduinoBoard101), which is not an Intel product I think. Actually, all those who asked here about the Arduino 101 were referred to the proper forum, because this one is devoted to Intel Galileo.
Anyways, maybe the problem is your antivirus software and/or your antivirus software rules and lack of exceptions, and maybe your findings will be useful for those with similar software. For all those, maybe you should post your findings in the proper forum.
