Hi Gau999,

Thank you for contacting us.

I think that the library that you should use is in the UPM repository ( https://github.com/intel-iot-devkit/upm), to use it you have to install the latest version of UPM with the following commands:

echo "src mraa-upm http://iotdk.intel.com/repos/3.5/intelgalactic/opkg/i586" > /etc/opkg/mraa-upm.conf opkg update opkg install mraa opkg install upm

After you have installed it, you can use the example that is in the same repository: https://github.com/intel-iot-devkit/upm/blob/master/examples/c%2B%2B/hx711.cxx, and use it as a reference for your own code.

To compile the example code you should use the next command:

g++ -o executable file hx711.cxx -lupm-hx711 -I/usr/include/upm

We don't have this sensor to test it, so I recommend you to try it, and if you have issues with the library itself, please report it in the same repository ( https://github.com/intel-iot-devkit/upm/issues).

I hope you find this information useful.

Have a nice day.

Regards,

Leonardo R.

Hi Gau999,

Thanks for letting us know.

To be honest, I didn't find any library for this sensor that works with the Intel Edison.

Personally, I recommend you to use the library from UPM ( https://github.com/intel-iot-devkit/upm/tree/master/src/hx711) as a reference to create your own library that works on Arduino IDE.

Have a nice day.

Regards,
