Hello World sample code base on Update 3

Hi

I use the system studio tool (w_cembd_iqd_p_1.0.3.024.zip-Update 3) and follow Create a New Empty Project.zip in my Eclipse IDE tool(Version : Luna). And I create a new project. In my project not have Quark_D1000.CfgDefs.c, Quark_D1000.CfgDefs.h, specs.fell and utilities folders, So I can't build success. I think that is follow old studio tool version(Update 1). Cloud you provide us Hello world sample for w_cembd_iqd_p_1.0.3.024.zip-Update 3

Hi Steak,

We do aware this issue and I believe engineering team who are working on this will get it fixed in later release. Meanwhile we have created workaround for this issue.
