Hi new to this forum, I bought my Compute Stick in 2015, it worked straight out of the box as expected, however for various reasons I never got to use it very much. I have now tried to start using it again, but since my last session I have changed my internet provider and my log in email is no longer valid, I also cannot remember my password so I cannot get into any type of setup, or can I? is it possible for me to completely reset to factory without having valid login details.

Help very much appreciated

Cheers

Steve

With a USB keyboard connected, try pressing F8 when booting.

Press F8 during the boot when you see the prompt that says "F8 to Activate Windows Recovery Mode"

This process removes everything and reinstalls Windows. This is what happens with a reset:

All personal files and apps will be removed.

PC settings will be changed back to their defaults.

I hope this help.

Allan.
