Hi Vinod,
Thanks for reaching out!
We have been looking at the https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/675621 Arduino 101 board features and it is able to use 196 kB of the flash memory and 24 kB of the SRAM. Additionally, we have found some links that you can find useful:
- https://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference/PROGMEM https://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference/PROGMEM: it describes how to store data in flash memory instead of SRAM.
- https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoard101 https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoard101: Arduino 101 overview.
Hope this information helps.
Regards,

Hi,
I'm a problem with Intel Curie Module on the Arduino 101 quite close to this topic.
I'm programming the Arduino101 board and my sketch requires the 97% of avaiable program memory, which maximum value is indicated as 155648 bytes.
The problem is that official documentation establishes that the maximum FLASH memory used for Arduino sketches is 196 kB and this is in disagree with that indicated by my Arduino IDE.
someone could me explain this disagreement and suggest me how to store a Arduino sketch bigger than 155648 bytes ??

Hi Pierluca,
In regards to your question, it does not seem to be an issue with Intel Curie itself but with your code and the Arduino 101 memory available for sketch, for that reason I encourage you to post your question in the Arduino 101 forum: https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?board=103.0 https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?board=103.0, as they are in charge of this support and might be able to provide you a more accurate answer.
