How to auto run c (Eclipse mraa) at bootup of Edsion

Jump to solution

Recently I've been trying to program using Mraa library. I started by building a blink LED project and succeeded. But after i reboot Edison, the LED didn't respond. So the program didn't run at bootup.

I know I should do some linux thing on edison, but I know little on Linux. Pls help.

Thanks,

Lane

Hi Lane_Lee,

That happens because the script uploaded using Eclipse is stored in the /temp directory, which is cleaned every time the board boots. I recommend you to check the following threads, you will find a discussion about this same topic and a solution to run the C/C++ scripts automatically on startup:Regards,
