Hi ozjacky,

The stick is not recognizing your keyboard and mouse while Windows10 installation. Let me know please the stick model, type of keyboard (wired, wireless or with Bluetooth dongle), Also, tell me if you can get in the BIOS pressing F2 while starting up the process.

Hi Mike,

Yes, I can enter BIOS, but when I came to the language options screen, it did not pick up any USB device.

Hi ozjacky,

I believe your operating system that you are using does not contain the USB driver controller. If you tested wired and wireless keyboards and mouse with the same behavior; it will be necessary to replace your device.
