Hi,
I know it is possible to install Windows 10 on Edison, but I find no tutorial on this.
I'am a student in developpement and my knowledge are not very large on this subject. This is a project I have to do.
I have succeeded to install ubilinux but not to make it work with a screen.
Please, can you help me and tell me how to install windows 10?
I received intel Edison with Arduino Expension Board, and the company would be able to feed with USB (I do not know if this is possible)
Thank you, kinds regards
ps : sorry for my English, i'am French

Hello Baryton,
Edison is not able to run Windows because its bootloader is incompatible with this OS. But if you would like a more detailed response, I'd suggest you to contact Microsoft (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot).
Peter.

Hi Peter,
+1 for getting Windows 10 IoT working on the Intel Edison.
In particular, I want to work on getting Windows 10 IoT working on the Emlid Reach board (which is an Edison with some extra peripherals):
http://www.emlid.com/reach/ Reach
If I look at the corresponding discussion on Microsoft's site (https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1d58920c-3cc8-4227-8cc3-dd72a8a96301/intel-edison?for... Intel Edison) they indicate that Intel would be responsible for creating the BSP kit for the Edison board, to get Windows 10 IoT running:
"In general, please reach out to the silicon vendor for the BSP kit for their board. "
Could you guys please just sort this out together?
Thanks,
Govert
