Hi Pink: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Compute Stick communities. We are sorry to hear the stick is not working as expected.

In regard to this scenario, it is hard to tell for sure what might be the source of the problem, it could be a hardware problem with the SD Card slot on the Intel® Compute Stick itself. According to the TPS (Technical Product Specification) of the unit, the stick should be able to read a 128GB SDXC Card, please check page 18:

That SD Card, did it work fine before, was it properly detected by the Compute Stick?

By any chance, do you have the option to test a different SD Card on the stick?

We can also try a BIOS update to the latest version, 0035, using the F7 method:

Any further questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Pink: Thank you very much for letting us know those results, we are sorry to hear the problem persists.

To try to fix those problems, the next thing we can try will be to re-install the SOC driver:

Did you tried the BIOS update?

Do you have the option to test a different SD card?

Any questions, please let me know.
