Intel Edison PMIC - Turn Off 3.3V regulator

Jump to solution

Hi,

I need to turn off the 3.3v regulator of Intel Edison for power optimization, I just read that the Datasheet/User guide for Texas Instruments* SNB9024 Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) is not available,

Somebody please help me to know which register needs to be configured and what should be the configuration value?

Is this feature already supported in Linux driver? Can i do this by calling some driver functions ?

Regards

HpC

Hi Hari_CR,

Thank you for your patience.

Regarding your inquiry, TI Semiconductor does not provide datasheet for the SNB9024. This post /thread/58627 https://communities.intel.com/thread/58627 has a user contacted TI Semiconductor support for datasheet and there reply was:

Thank you for contacting TI Semiconductor Support.

Unfortunately, since this is a non-distributor item, there is no documentation available for the SNB9024 device (datasheets, user guides, etc.).

Regards,

Pablo
