I am working with the TurtleBot 3 which uses the Intel Joule 570x as its computer. The issues I am having are outlined in the following points:
How can I resolve this issue to allow the Joule to output correctly to the monitor?
Thanks for reaching out.
I would like to investigate a little bit more about the issue you are facing and as soon as I have useful information I'll let you know.
I'll appreciate your patience during the meantime
Could you give me a link to BIOS 1H3 as I cannot find it online.
I tried to reflash BIOS 193, as recommended by the TurtleBot3 documentation. The result was the same as previously with no HDMI output.
I am able to communicate with the Joule serially with PuTTY, so the board is working.
Besides the steps you have tried, I recommend to try flashing the BIOS 1H3. However, as @vishu2287 mentioned that he is still getting the same issue I would like to suggest you to contact the place of purchase in order to honor the warranty on your Joule Kit, usually the warranty period is 30 to 90 days. If by any chance you encountered any inconvenience, I'd suggest to open a warranty ticket: https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US.
I have the same issue.
I have got two Intel Joul developing boards where one is working fine but the other have hdmi display issue.
Updating Bios (joule-firmware-2017-06-26-1J2-public) was successful But there is no display.
I have also added "-clear" parameter next to flash.bat but that couldn't help.
And tried 1H3 bios version. and joule-firmware-2017-02-19-193-public but Problem not solved
Kindly guide me to solve this issue.
