Hi, I use the Intel Stick since 1 month for a company. Today, I need to make a restart of it and decide to make the update. During the update, the Stick has certainly overheated. Now I can't restart it. If I press during 3 seconds on the on/off button, the stick makes a sign of life (the light comes blue 1 second and nothing happens). I can't access to the BIOS.
Someone has already had this problem ?
Can I fix it ? Thanks for your futur response.
Best regards.

Check out the conversations concerning same and similar issues for more information (and what to do to try and to recover it); there's no point in yet another conversation about the same thing. Here's a good one to start with:

Hi,
I have already checked a lot of conversations there and on internet but nobody as the same problem than me with the blue light.
Anyway, I will try a last possibility that I find on Intel website and if it's doesn't work I will give back the Stick.
Thank for your message.
Best regards

Hello diijii ,
If you follow the steps to fix the issue at the link N. Scott Pearson provided to you or from any Intel website and the problem persists, then your unit is faulty and it needs to be replaced, you can submit a warranty replacement at the following link:

Best regards,
Ivan.
