These two threads are similar but they don't help me at all.
Restarting my computer makes no difference and I cannot uncheck Ostro as I need to install that for my Joule 570x:

Update: I unchecked "ostro", keeping only "Yocto" checked and ran the installer. The installation completed successfully.
However, I need "ostro" to program my intel Joule 570x!

Hi Siddy_t,
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has already been reported by other community members. It's related to known issue with the Download Center where all Joule's files and drivers are located. The setup tool tries to access the drivers but since the link is currently down, you get that error message.
We're currently working on this so it can be fixed as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.
Regards,
Alexandra

I tried installing ISSI on Linux host instead and got this error when I ran the command to pull ostro

Using default tag: latest

Is this the same error?

Hi Siddy_t,
Could you please try to install ISSI again following the steps in this link below?

Let me know if it worked.
