I am currently attempting to set up an Intel Z3736F which will display information on a wall mounted monitor. However, it keeps turning off after about 1.5 hours. I've checked the settings in Windows 10 and all sleep and hybernation settings are turned off. I've been trying to go through the BIOS/UEFI settings but I am still unable to make the device stay on. The intent is to have the unit display information through the business day and then reboot in the late evening. Maybe I'm missing the obvious but, if someone could point me in the right direction to disable the options to turn the unit off while idle, or whatever needs done to keep the thing up and running unless we manually turn it off, I'd be much obliged.
Thanks in advance.
It is a Mini PC Windows 10 Computer Stick Intel Z3736F CPU Up to 1.83Ghz, 2GB Ram 32GB Rom. The Bios is American Megatrrneds and states the Core Version is 5.008 though at the bottom it says "Version 2.16.1242". As far as the device, Amazon says it's a "T10009-001" but to be frank the only item number I had before was the Z3736F. You are going to have to contact the manufacturer top get more information on what is going on. If the documentation (or simply the box) that came with it, there must be some information about the manufacturer. Alternatively, contact NEXBOX (the seller) and ask them for contact information.
Hope this helps,
