We need more information about your issue, so could you please provide the following information?
Can you provide the intel_eclipse_session.log file? To generate it please follow the next steps:
- Before launching Intel System Studio, move ISS directory to /tmp (Normally it is in /opt/intell/).
- Open a Linux terminal, change to the ISS directory.
- Check that the directory contains a file "iss-iot-launcher".
- Type "export LOGGING_LEVEL=INFO;./iss-iot-launcher" as command in the terminal, it will generate the log file in the same directory.

We were checking the information provided, and we didn't find issues on it. Maybe the problem is related to docker, so we suggest you to remove the docker installation with the following command:
sudo apt-get remove docker docker-engine

but the issues are remain...(system studio stop, slow and high CPU usage problem)
