Has anyone successfully played sound from the internal speaker on the Compute Stick STK1AW32SC Windows 10?
Sound works fine through HDMI, however if I set the internal speaker as default through audio playback properties no sound comes out. The audio levels show that sound should be playing.
I have the latest firmware installed (0024) and all the drivers installed.
Can someone please try to do this on theirs and let me know if it's a common issue?

I am going to stick my neck out (and with depleted vision) and say "what speaker?"
I do not believe your stick has an internal speaker. At a minimum, it is not in the tech spec.

Thanks Al,
I checked that too, but I can't understand why I have a playback device showing, called Speakers - Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)
I thought there must be something tiny inside for system sounds.
Cheers,
Hi Evanxm,
As Al Hill said, there is not an internal speaker in the Compute Stick, check the Intel® STK1AW32SC's TPS
