Hi miminashi,

Unfortunately, there isn't an Arduino MEGA compatible board for Edison. The expansion boards for Edison are the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000005583.html Arduino Expansion Board, which is compatible with the Arduino UNO footprint; and the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000005574.html Mini-Breakout Board.

Diego

Thank you for your answering.

Then, I want to make that.

Is it legally permitted to use the schematic of Intel's Arduino Expanision board as a reference?

Hi miminashi,

Yes, you can use the Arduino Expansion Board and Mini-Breakout Board schematics as reference for your custom board.
