Joule 570x Expansion Board Can NOT flash 1H3, but 1F1can

My Environment is Windows 10.0.15063, install FlashUsbDriver-1.0.0.exe

IF1 Version BIOS can be flashed, but 1H3 faulure. When 1H3 flashed,

what you changed in BIOS can't save.

You need to flash with -clear option. This has been answered before in the forum.
