Keeps Losing Ability to Click With ANY Keyboard

Sometimes I have to restart several times or even unplug it to get the mouse "click" function to work (Bluetooth, Wifi, & app to no avail). When I mouse over objects they don't even appear to highlight when this happens, yet I can move the cursor no problem. Needless to say it's very annoying. Also, on start sometimes the start image before the login gets "sticky" where I can't type and the image&# 127; can be pulled down from the top like a shade over the logon screen... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Running all the latest drivers and BIOS (maybe that's the problem?)

Hi InfoSysLib,

We would need to narrow down the issue, let start verifying the BIOS and drivers versions. The latest BIOS is 0024 and latest System-on-a-Chip (SOC) Driver Package Version: 01.28.2016. Also it is very important to install the wireless and Bluetooth drivers.

Drivers:

BIOS:

Then, it is recommended to verify if your Bluetooth keyboard battery has enough power.

At task manager check how many applications are working at the same time; applications slower down the stick performance.

Hi InfoSysLib,

I suggest you to recover the operating system. Keep tapping F8 while booting the system.

This is very frustrating... It didn't work. It's even worse now with the window shade effect I was talking about so I can't even log in most of the time. Should I try reverting to the last BIOS? Thanks!

Hi InfoSysLib,

I am following up your case. Let me know if previous BIOS version solves the problem.

Actually, I think the latest graphics driver fixed the issue. It seems to be much more stable since I installed it. Thanks, Mike.
