Linux on USB?

Intel gentlemen, is there any way to boot Linux from USB, not from the SD card?

Hi Wilson,

Thank you for contacting us again!

Regarding your question, I've never tried this and I haven't seen any similar case in the Community, so I can't tell you for sure if it works or not. You could try to interrupt the boot sequence at start up and check if the USB partition is available as a part of boot options (honestly, I believe this is not the case but you could give it a try). You'll need to be connected through serial to check the boot process and to be able to stop it.

Regards,

Hi Wilson,

We are wondering if you've been able to check our first post. Do you still have questions regarding the Galileo board?
