Tengo un computer stick que utilice muy pocas veces, y ahora cuando lo enciendo tengo la pantalla en negro con la introduccion de intel computer stick pero no puedo ingresar al sistema operativo ni nada

Sistema operativo Windows 8.1
El BIOS lo actualice descargando lo que recomienda intel en caso de no encender, por lo que es la ultima version. No se ve ningun error en la pantalla, lo unico es que no arranca,enciende pero no permite ingresar a windows, pero si a las configuraciones que brindan f8, f10, f7, etc

Can you please try an Operating System Recovery using the Reset method?
To start the process press F8 during boot.

Apreto F8 mientras la enciendo y no realiza ninguna accion, sino que mantiene el menu que tiene de titulo intel compte stick y otras opciones con f2, f7 y f10

Are you using a wireless keyboard? If yes, can you please try using a wired keyboard?
If you have tested a wired keyboard and you keep on having the same issue, I recommend you to request an RMA for the product.
