My Stick won't turn on

Stick has worked well for months, now it won't turn on, I hold the power button, the blue led flashes once and then nothing. Any ideas?

Hello smc007i,

 

 

Have you tried different AC power connection to the wall (and to the power strip if you are using one)?

 

If you are using a power strip, do not assume the socket you plugged the adapter into is working.

 

Power strips can individual defective outlets, and working outlets have been known to fail for no particular reason.

 

 

If you use another power adapter and the problem persists most likely, your unit is defective and it needs to be replaced, you can submit a warranty replacement for the unit at the following link:

I had checked power connections, tried all combinations of new cable, new wall socket, even different power units, nothing made any difference, the stick doesn't turn on. Have raised service request Case number: 01852274.
