My laptop is stopped during work?

Hi, I hope every body is fine. I have laptop intel 5, 3rd generation. when ever I open more then 5 tabs on chrome its stuck and after 15 minutes approximately it shows me a blue screen, Then I have to press turnoff button and restart it. I t happens 2 times in a day. I don't know what should I do. How this problem will be fixed. Kindly guide me what should I do.

Check for viruses and PUPS.

Update your OS and browser.

Clean up your disk.

Check your memory.
