No replacement was send

Hi there, i have send my Intel(R) Compute Stick to Zwenkgras in Eindhoven, but still haven´t got a message, that the replacement was send back to me. What shall i do?

Once the unit is received to our depot you should receive a confirmation email, if you don't receive the email you can use the phone number that corresponds to your local support group, you can find it here:
