Have you tried plugging it directly into a monitor without an HDMI cable?

Hello Mohanad,

The Intel® Compute Sticks can be connected to an HDMI TV or HDMI computer monitor in two different ways. Directly connected to the TV/monitor or using the HDMI Extender cable. See topics two and three in the following URL: http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/stck1a32wfc/sb/CS-035544.htm http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/stck1a32wfc/sb/CS-035544.htm

If you tried the unit in different TVs or monitors and they all give you a "No Signal" message it means that they are not receiving anything from the Compute Stick. This could be because the unit is not powering up or it is not posting.

To know if the Compute Stick is turned on check underneath, there should be a steady on blue LED.

If no light comes up, the problem could be the AC adapter. If the light comes up then the unit is not posting.

My best recommendation is to contact our main Customer Support service and request for assistance. Visit the following link; choose your region and product and then the service channel you prefer:
