Thanks in advance,

Hi Fernando,

I checked the links and you are right, I will check the reason of this and I will let you know, it could be that the interface is not updating the information correctly but I want to be sure before stating this.

Regards.

Hi Charlie,

It seems so, now they show the same list... did you do any thing or there was some kind of "automatic sync"?

And this is getting more interesting : ) )

Anyhow, every strange behavior seems to be transient, and nothing to worry about, of course.

Hi Fernando,

It seems that the problem was a synchronization issue; this may take more time in some cases.

About the other changes:

The Correct Answer buttons have been always available (If you are talking about this). I saw your profile and noticed that you have more discussions than questions, this button is only available on the threads that are questions. For example, Galileo 1 Connection Through Ethernet Cable, More examples and Example… are discussions so you can't see the button but on Off Topic and What does "Answered" mean? You should be able to see it.

You can define if the thread is a discussion or question in the moment you create the thread, if you remove the check box it will be created as discussion.

I hope this answer your questions. If not, please let me know.

You are right, my mistake. I forgot this detail on Discussions/Questions... I've not started many questions...

Thanks again,

Fernando.

Hi Charlie,

I received an e-mail in my personal e-mail address (which is associated with this Intel account) from "Intel Customer Support" with the text:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for recently contacting Intel Customer Support.

Our records show the following regarding your recent support request:

Case # : 7000337202

Case Completed By: Carlos

As part of our continuing effort...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

I do not recall to have contacted Intel Customer Support, did you or any one do it on behalf of me? It's not a problem, it's just I'm rather surprised and I would like to know why I received an e-mail from the Intel Customer Supoort.

Thank you in advance,

Fernando.

Hi Fernando,

When you create a thread you generate a case with Intel Customer Support, this is why you received this email. We are working in a way to receive some feedback from users and be constantly checking the threads so we could see the new threads and help all the developers and makers that use the Community.

Regards,

Charlie
