Hi everybody,
does anyone here has any experience using Galileo for teaching Operating Systems course? Our course includes topics from Tanenmbaum's Modern Operating Systems (3rd Edition) like memory management, process scheduling, I/O management etc.
I intend to have a more practical approach to this topics, any suggestions?
I have found some material here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/academic/courseware Intel® Software Academic Program - Courseware | Intel® Developer Zone but it is much more aligned to a IoT or embedded systems view, without the operating systems basics covered.

Hi tadeu_fo,
There's no specific material for what you're looking for. Maybe some other users in the Community can help you with that. In the meantime, why don't you check this link http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/education/university/galileo-university-curricula.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/education/university/galileo-university-curricula.html? There's some great academic material in there that you can use for your courses. You'll find presentations, recordings, written material and some other resources that might help you.
