Hello, I want to know if PIN MUXING a necessity when waking up the microcontroller from "Sleep with NO RTC" mode(i.e. using function: soc_deep_sleep ()) using comparators as given in the Intel system Studio for Microcontrollers 2016 "POWER TEMPELATE".

Hello Pratik_PP,

Pin Muxing is indeed needed, in fact you can find an example of how to use an analog comparator to wake up the system in https://github.com/01org/qmsi/blob/master/examples/power/main.c qmsi/main.c at master · 01org/qmsi · GitHub .

Let me know if this helps you.

Peter.
