..... Are there any OEM "upgrade" options available? I bought 3 pcs STK1A32SC. Wasn´t observant that it was a "NO OS" version. I thought Windows was pre-installed on all models. I opened all boxes so I cannot return them to the supplier. What to do now :-) ?

Hi Ateamann,
The operating system is pre-installed on our current NUC models. If there is something wrong with the stick you can try to reset or recover the operating system with the image embedded on each device.
Plug a wire keyboard to the stick, turn it on and keep tapping 8, a new window will display the option to rest the stick. It is necessary to use the power adapter included on the box.
The stick comes with Windows® 10 32bits. More details on page 10.

If it is not possible to fix the issue, get in touch with our http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html Contact Support team, provide with stick markings and proof of purchase.
