I've been told that the Quark D2000 BMC150 has a temperature sensor on it, and can see that from the datasheets and schematics, however I can't seem to find anywhere in the libraries where it is used. Please could you help?

Hi,
Actually this is not a question about Intel's MCU
Read page 27th of of BMC150 datasheet, you need 0x08 register, but note that this temperature sensor is not very accuracy. And also this chip isn't recommended for the new design.
