We are looking for details on the Quark D2000 security features.
The product brief says the following:D2000
- Secure update- 8k OTP- JTAG lock- Isolated SRAM regions- On-die NVM read/write access control
Maybe we are missing a user guide for D2000?
For example in the D2000 datasheet I'm seeing no mention of the "Secure update" that was listed in the product brief, and when looking for more info on the JTAG lock, the end of the first paragraph in section 3.3 says to refer to chapter 29 "DFT, JTAG and Debug", but there are only 25 chapters in this version of the datasheet.
We are currently in the process of finalising the D2000 Datasheet - Can you let me know the version number of the one you are working from.
This is a later version available for NDA customers at : http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/products/quark/mcu/d2000/documentation.html Intel® Quark™ Microcontroller D2000: Documentation
The final version is still WIP though and should be available shortly.
We have NDA but get the following (image attached) when we click on that datasheet. We have applied for privileged access a few times through that link.
Also, that datasheet is dated Jul 2015 but the one we already have says "November 2015" on the front page.
Anyway, we can wait for the final datasheet. If at any stage there is a security manual, please let us know.
