Recommended manufacturing guidelines for the Quark SE C1000?

Please provide the recommended manufacturing guidelines for the Quark SE.

The Curie datasheet says Intel has evaluated solder paste SAC305 Type 4 but the SE datasheet has no reflow parameters.

Is solder paste recommended for the SE? If yes, do you have a recommendation? If not, do you have a flux recommendation?

Are the BGA solder balls lead free?

Hello,

This to inform you that there is no releasable manufacturing guideline for the product at the moment.

However, I will check with the engineering team on this issue and keep you posted when I hear any updates to pass along.

Thank you.

Hello,

I was just told by engineering that we don't have a releasable manufacturing guideline for Intel® Quark™ SE Microcontroller C1000 at the moment.

However, you may refer to the information below on the reflow profile for manufacturing procedure in case you require.

Thank you.
