Remote Keyboard App does not list multiple Compusticks

Hi

I am setting up multiple monitors each equiped with a CompuStick device STK1AW32C for an exhibtion.

The issue I have is when using the Intel Remote Keyboard App it does not list the Devices.

The app, shows only 1 line which changes from CompuStick-1 to CompuStick-2.

So selction of the correct Stick is a matter of luck. ( plan is to setup 6 Devices ! )

Another issue that came up is scanning the QR code on screen # 1 gives App control over Screen # 2

TimBal7: Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Compute Stick communities. We will do our best in order to try to fix this problem.

I just installed the Intel® Remote Keyboard utility on 2 different NUCs the Intel® NUC6i7KYK and the Intel® NUC7i3BNH, I also installed the application on my phone as well and it was able to detect both NUCs, the issue was no replicated, two lines were showing and I was able to control the NUCs properly. Remember that the devices need to be connected to the same wireless network with a short distance from the each other.

We can try a BIOS update to the latest version 0035 using the F7 method:

Please make sure you are installing the latest version of the application:

Also we can try to re-install the latest wireless driver for the stick:

Any further questions, please let me know.

Received an e-mail from support:

this works !

Our team specialists suggested

you to try the following:

Please delete the Server_ID file on all host computers:

1. close the Intel Remote Keyboard software

2. go to the C:\ProgramData\Intel\Remote Keyboard folder

3. delete the file Server_ID

4. open the Intel Remote Keyboard software

Please let us know if after following the steps above, your issue disappears.

Thanks
