Resolution and Overscan issues

Jump to solution

I am using the BOXSTKAW32SCR Compute Stick with the same scaling/over-scan issues. I updated the firmware and HD Graphics drivers to the most current. Using the Custom Resolution in the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel, I am unable to set the resolution to 1366 x 768 with Underscan equal to 5%. I get the error message "An invalid value has been entered. Refer to the manufacturers manual to determine the supported values for the display". What am I doing wrong?

Hello chriswer,

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

I can confirm the same error but I used more percentage 10 and it works or I used 3% or 2% and it works as well.

Would it be possible for you to try different percentage?

Regards,

Ivan
