I bought it over a year ago so I guess no point bringing the stick back to the shop where I bought it.
Anyway, I tried creating a bootable windows 10 image and boot the device from sd card. No luck. I guess both Intel and Microsoft are to blame for this fiasco. Reset might not work for compute stick and potentially bricked it but Intel still put it as one of the suggestion to reset the stick if anything goes wrong. Microsoft on the other hand never made sure that their OS doesn't screw up when installed on devices other than the heavy loaded PC.
And now the intel support doesn't work, error page came out when I tried submitting an issue.
