STCK1A32WFC time/date lost

I have 2 STCK1A32WFC and on both the time and date is lost always. Every time i start i have to change the date/time. Is there any solution ?

In order to try to fix this problem, we can try a BIOS update to the latest version, 0035. On the links below you will find the instructions of how to do it using the F7 method and the .BIO file needed:
