RE: STCK1FCA32W
After failed attempts to upgrade to Windows 10, I downloaded the ISO file and all went well until I entered the region and time zone details.
It is now stuck on a "Just a Moment" screen.
Subsequently I upgraded the BIOS from 18 to 31 but after reboot, the same "Just a Moment" screen appears.
I can boot "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" but nothing else.
Any suggestions?

Did you delete the recovery partition?
If you did not, you can press F8 to reset the compute stick, see instructions here: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/intel-compute-stick/000005885.html User Guide for Boards and Kits

Hi,
I have the same issue (or had, now it's even worse).
I tried installing via the in-OS-update, failed three times (had to revert back to 8.1 between runs).
Then tried to install from ISO on SD-CARD, that ran but stopped at 37% of the Win10 install, then would only boot into "just a moment"...
Tried updating BIOS and also booting with network and bluetooth turned off in BIOS.
Now I started a win10-installation from a USB, and the recovery partition is gone! I did not delete it - but I can only find two system partitions of ~100MB a piece, and one ~28GB partition.
Now I try to clean install from the USB and installation hangs at "preparing files for installation (9%)" - tried twice now.
What to do?
Thanks

I had the same problems with the stick. None of the recoveries worked!
Then I have the bios updated to V. 31 and installed with a USB Stick the Media Creation Tool and the latest Windows 10 32bit. ( 1511)
The eMMC ~27gb i completely formatted during installation.
Finally, the latest Intel driver step by step and now everything works great.

Nice to hear macoers. And you installed using a USB hub?
I cannot get past the clean installation from USB, still stuck at "preparing files for installation (3%)" (yes, last two times it has been 3%.

My recovery partition has also disappeared from the Micro SD 64GB card
Pressing the F8 only comes up with "Your Computer Needs Repair" but I can sometimes get to the Startup Options from that screen using F8.
I would like to do a clean install as I downloded the Windows.iso 32 bit file onto the Micro SD card using the Media Creation Tool. I have also upgraded the BIOS to V. 31
I originally attempted to upgrade with the OS Upgrade option and it failed several times. I was using the .iso file to upgrade when it came to it's present condition but I did that before I upgraded the BIOS.
I can only boot to Safe Mode with Command Prompt and run the .ISO file. It starts but produces a message that an upgrade cannot be done in safe mode.

Hello DAVID_PRIEST_36,

Cesar,
I followed the instructions in the Windows 10 stuck at "Just a Momnet" by creating a bootable USB but cannot change the boot order using the F10 boot menu.
I can only highlight the USB on the list but cannot advance it up the list to first.
When I highlight the USB boot option and press enter to enter the options menu, the compute stick reboots to the standard boot and Just A Moment Screen.

Hello DAVID_PRIEST_36,
Pressing the key during POST causes a boot device menu to be displayed. This menu
displays the list of available boot devices.
Boot Device Menu Function Keys Description:
<↑> or <↓> Selects a default boot device.
Exits the menu, and boots from the selected device.
Exits the menu and boots according to the boot priority defined
through BIOS setup.
In case the suggested troubleshooting does not fix the issue, I suggest contacting support via website, email, chat or phone support http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport Contact Support
Regards,
Caesar B_Intel.
